A new way to give us feedback at Balmain Yoga
We are about to go live with a new feedback and survey tool called Elker.
In the coming days you will have access to this and be able to share your thoughts and feedback about the studio with us.
We will update this post as soon as the product is live and we will also share a survey with you via email.
We hope to get feedback on things like:
- Class times and availabilities
- How you are finding the studio
- How you find the website and booking interface
- If you have any new requests or additional comments
