What's my level?
Beginner

This course is for those who are completely new to Iyengar Yoga or students that are new to our studio but have some yoga experience already and would like to check their level.

Level 1 & Level 2

Students need a minimum of 1 year Iyengar Yoga experience. Classes include headstand and shoulderstand.

Level 3 & Advanced

For senior students and teachers with many years of yoga experience. Please contact the studio before attending.
