New to yoga?

Its never too late to start, all bodies are welcome at Balmain Yoga. We understand that each student has different strengths and weaknesses, and will be more able in some poses and movements than others.

We encourage students new to yoga to complete our 6 week foundation course which will take you through each of the primary Iyengar poses, with detailed and personalised instruction.
