About the studio
The Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio is one of the longest running yoga studios in Sydney and Australia. For 37 years we have offered classes for all levels from beginner to advanced level. All teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers and have all trained extensively with the school founder, Pixie Lillas.

Iyengar yoga classes
Pixie Lillas has personally trained each of the teachers at the Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio. We are renowned as one of the best Iyengar studios in Sydney, Australia. We run within the top studios in the world in terms of experience of teachers, years in business and retention of students.
Beginners who sign up for and attend their regular weekday course are able to attend as many extra classes as they wish on the weekend, free of charge. Students Level 1 and above are welcome to join a single course, or sign up to a fortnightly subscription for discounted attendance of more than 1 class per week.
Easter workshop with Pixie Lillas
The annual easter workshop will run this year for all students Level 1 and above.
Iyengar Yoga Retreat with Pixie Lillas in Dolcedo, Italy
For the eleventh year running, Pixie will be teaching a one-week (7 nights) retreat for teachers and experienced students in Dolcedo, Liguria in Italy.

Pixie will teach an intensive focusing on balancings and backbends.
