Chris Wise was in his mid-twenties when he first began practising yoga. The appreciation and enjoyment he experienced was instant and set him on a new life path. Chris believes that yoga is accessible to all of us and through regular practice we can experience profound changes in our mind and body.
His own experience has taught him that yoga is a powerful way to release and make available energetic potential to enhance our lives. Through his teaching, Chris supports students to become physically stronger, more flexible, and improve stamina, focus and awareness.
He has undergone significant periods of training with various senior teachers in London, UK. Returning to Australia in 2016, Chris pursued teacher training and ongoing mentorship with Pixie Lillas. He is a certified Level 1 teacher and member of Iyengar Yoga Australia.
