Sunday Intensive with Pixie (Developing Backbends)

In this workshop taught by Pixie, Level 2 students will go through a session with an emphasis on backbends.

The intensives give students a chance to delve more deeply into certain groups of Asanas. There may be a specific group of postures to work with or we may focus on an area of the body through particular Asanas.

This session, we will focus on developing your backbends.
