Sunday Intensive with Pixie (Backbends)

In this class led by Pixie, Level 2 and above students will get a chance to explore backbends in more detail.

The intensives give students a chance to delve more deeply into certain groups of Asanas. There may be a specific group of postures to work with or we may focus on an area of the body through particular Asanas.

This time, we’ll be going through a backbend sequence, building up and learning the actions required to go a little further into the backbend session. With a longer session you will have good time to pace yourself and go deeper, learning to use supports if and as required.
