Sunday Intensive with Pixie (Backbends)

In this class led by Pixie, Level 2 and above students will get a chance to explore backbends in more detail.

The intensives give students a chance to delve more deeply into certain groups of Asanas. There may be a specific group of postures to work with or we may focus on an area of the body through particular Asanas.

Taking time to explore different ways of working into poses or into specific parts of the body allows us to work more deeply and to investigate restrictions and imbalances that may be limiting our overall understanding in our practice.
