Easter Workshop with Pixie Lillas

Overview of the Easter Workshop

This workshop will help students get the feel of what several sessions of yoga over three days will create. The classes are sequenced so that there is a restful, restorative session on Saturday afternoon and some time for restorative poses to finish the workshop at the end of Sunday morning.

Attending four sessions consecutively will allow students to experience how yoga works as a regular practice, and how this facilitates deeper focus and learning.

Who can attend

The workshop is suitable for students who attend classes at Level 1/2 and above.

Times

Friday 4.30 – 6.30 pm
Saturday 9.30 – 11.30 am and 4 – 5.30 pm
Sunday 9 – 11.30 am

Cost

The cost for the weekend workshop is $180.
