Beginners courses for real beginners
The focus at the Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio is on building up your strength and confidence with your yoga practice. We understand that each student has different strengths and weaknesses, and will be more able in some poses and movements than others.
This is why we encourage students new to yoga to complete our 10 week foundation course which will take you through each of the primary Iyengar poses, with detailed and personalised instruction.

30% off for students under 30
Iyengar yoga can seem a little more expensive than gym memberships and fitness classes and this can turn some younger people off. We are offering 30% off any of our 10-week courses to make it more affordable to start yoga practice early.
Use the coupon code under30 at checkout to take $60 off the price of our courses.
Bonus weekend beginners classes free in the new term
When you book in for any of our beginner courses, you can now attend any of our weekend beginner classes for free. This gives you a chance to increase your weekly yoga, and get more out of our introductory courses.
Weeknight classes are in studio B and numbers are limited, so please book early to secure your place.
