About our classes
Our beginners yoga courses focus on giving you an introduction to the fundamental asanas, work to your bodies abilities to add to your core strength and balance and give you some insight into the relationship between the body and the mind in Iyengar yoga philosophy.
We believe the best way to improve with Iyengar yoga is to attend a regular class each week. This way our experienced teachers get to know your strengths and abilities and can help you with any issues you are having as they arise. While casual attendance is permitted, we encourage students to sign up for a 10-week course.
Term 3 runs July 17 – September 24. All beginners courses cost $200 for 10 classes. Details of upcoming courses are available below.
